We all know that CBD oils have become the new buzz in the health industry. But what are CBD oils, and what are their effects on the body? Here’s a start!

These are daily effects on the body with direct results (and are documented in significant patents filed by the hemp and CBD companies). I have continued turning off the massive amounts of sugar, caffeine, alcohol, etc.

I have also replaced taking 100mg tablets a day with CBD and have reduced my exercise program to a couple of 5–10 minute walks/rides per day. It reminds me of the of 1 and 2. I mentioned earlier that it showed me a change beginning that I recorded in my journal.

So, do your best to enjoy a post-training massage, and know there’s nothing better than being able to look forward to that midday power nap. Or, at the least, a good night’s rest.

CBD (aka delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol) oils are rich in CBG, an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant compound. This compound has a unique structure that researchers believe may help reduce stress-related disorders like anxiety, improve sleep and calm the brain.

More recently, many companies are divulging that CBD-rich oils can also fight inflammation without the psychoactive effects. There’s even evidence to suggest CBD oils may be beneficial for cancer patients, given the potential for reducing neuroblastoma (cancer that starts in the brain). CBD could be the savviest tool available for successfully navigating treatments and regaining movement or function if you have a traumatic brain injury.
