    Your article is a great overview of how to use CBD for sleep.  So many people use CBD oil as a calming aid to relieve anxiety and help with any pain they are experiencing.  I have never thought of using CBD to help treat insomnia and get a better night’s rest, but it makes sense.  I occasionally suffer from insomnia and am always looking for a solution, I have never given CBD a try, but I might look into it.  Thanks for the information.

  2. Getting a series of restful nights has been my greatest challenge over the last 4 years. I have no problem falling asleep. My challenge is/was staying asleep after 3.30 am. Then the following day, I would walk around feeling like hell. I have tried all the supplements I know about, the melatonin, valerian root, ashwagandha, the works. I see a big improvement these days since I stay away from my devices after 4 pm and wind down in the evenings in various ways. I have heard about CBD but have never tried it. I am definitely going to check it out. My sleep is too important to me. Thank you for an informative article.
